Shopify customers can add BadCustomer protection to their stores with a couple of clicks.
- Automatically check customers when an order is received
- Set conditions to automatically tag orders.
- Enable email notifications whenever an order is tagged.
Order Tagging
When our app places a warning tag on an order, we also add a note to the timeline with the details. If you've automated your fulfillment through a 3PL, most providers can be configured to ignore orders with specific tags present. Configuring your 3PL to ignore orders with the bc_warning tag will giving you time to make a decision as to whether you want to cancel the order. If you decide to fulfill anyway, you can just delete the tag.
